Hi so I've seen the mods reducing the fancy vehicles prices and I wanted to try the same on my own since these mods havn't been updated since forever.

I've never modded anything but I saw the guide and followed it but nothings happening. I can see the game recognises the mod but it doesnt do anything. Basically all I did is take the games vehicles xml file, changed some numbers for price, speed, etc. and put it in my mod folder as the xml file.

Idk what I'm doing wrong, I downloaded the chopper chase example to check, nothing much different. theres .json files idk what they do, not explained in the mod guide, I changed mine to basically what is the one in the chopper file and still doesnt work...... help
