{I come up with this idea for online better play experience please help me get this out to the developers...}

as we all know it takes time to play this game and most online cant be played unless you have a friend who is willing to play for hours or even days with 2 gallon of coffee :)..

However, we can still improve the online by doing this:
-in matchmaking we set rules for the game for example, 1 hour or 40 turn each day
-when a player don't play for 3 days he get banned from online for 3 month and then 6 and one year and after that pays real money and contact the developer to lift the ban in game
-when i play my turn the player can play his turn but if i didn't log in he cant play until i play and if i didn't play for 1 day i get red flag and pay in game fine (ex)by paying gold 199 or 2 gold per turn for all players and if i don't have the gold i have a choice to give him a city or have minus gold and 1 unhappy population
- if i player wants to go offline all players make vote if agreed we play next day each player has 24 hour to play his turn and should play for 20 turn at least each day or he get fined by gold and pay it to all players and if he repeat it gets kicked out and hard Al take over or a new player if he is willing to continue the previous player game progress

that we it make the game fun and alive/thriving and makes online more sense for this turn based game
(of course this is just examples but i hope the overall idea got through..)
