The guy who uploaded it deleted it from the public because they had a fight with some other modder, then put an encrypted drive link on their private discord which password is to find somewhere on that very same discord server.

And the same guy who deleted that, is planing on participating in the Second Round of the Modding Contest, Plans with stage coaches...and remember, he was that kind of person, who deleted his mods form the workshop three times to harm others.
