I posted a handful of custom maps to the Workshop but then I keep making revisions afterwards. Does simply saving the maps (after upload) change it for people who are subscribed or do we have to completely re-upload it?

I've been re-uploading the maps after making changes to be safe, and it works, but it also sucks because you lose the written description in Steam unless you typed out the description in-game.
