Is it possible to make a custom block?

Does anyone known how to make a custom block? Like, pixel by pixel?

There are some pixels from background. You can use it via invisible block. You can review some maps to copy something.
Sorry for grammar mistakes and etc. It's not my first language.

Do you known the name of those blocks? I'm trying to make a clothesline, and since there's no clothes blocks in the map editor, i will try to do it pixel by pixel! (i just hope it doesn't get too heavy for user with low spec machines....
