I want some building sets to use in a starter zoo, without locked pieces.

Anyone got something fancier than the base game blueprints? Maybe some all-in one compact staff facilities, and similarly a mini-mall with some shops and a toilet?

Separate buildings would be just fine too. Even better if they're not crazy expensive, for franchise mode.

Your best bet is to browse some of the builds you like in the Workshop, click on the individual Workshops of builders whose styles you like, and see what else they have to offer. You can also search by the style you like: for instance, jungle-themed buildings, classical, Asian, African, etc.

I've just uploaded a reproduction of the famous Trevi Fountain to my Workshop, and I also have an Asian themed tram/train station and a jungle-themed shopping/vendor center.

I've got an Asian-themed building with 6 shops that will be uploaded soon, and lots of other stuff to come.
