That's not a mod, it's a third party tool.

It's called TQVault, it's an external storage program
https://github.com/EtienneLamoureux/TQVaultAE

But you can use it to cheat, you must turn on Item editing in the settings

You asked for Artifacts, you can't use TQVault for that. I thought you were trying to choose completion bonus for Artifacts.

To do this, Configure -> Allow Item Editing Features

Right click an Artifact -> Change completion bonnus

Ye the artifact is one thing. But I saw somebody posting that its possible to choose the chaos dung bonus too... can't remember where

Nah you can't, it's random.

There's a mod for it though https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2926097658

The mod is for if you don't have the reward already. If people have already claimed a reward, and want to change it manually, I already left a comment on how to do that. But my mod doesn't do that, it lets you play the dungeon gain the reward you want, without having to edit any files, for those who don't like doing that. Also you don't need to install anything, you just click Custom quest, load the mod then your character, then play the dungeon. I assume that's easier for most people, including myself who even though I'm a technical person, I don't bother in gaining a random reward just to open notepad if I can just load my mod and be done with it. It's pretty self explanatory, I never stated my mod will change an already obtained reward, it can't do that.
