Subscribed mods wouldn't show up in the launcher. PLEASE, THIS IS A DESPERATE CALL FOR HELP.

So I have tried many methods, google for hours, exhausted my options. Have you run into this problem, how did you solve it.

The first step to determine what's wrong would be to check if steam really downloaded the mods into steamapps/workshop/content/236850 . Each mod should have a subfolder there which is named after the steam id of the mod. And in each of these subfolders, there should be a file descriptor.mod, optionally a thumbnail file and then further subfolders with the contents of the mod(e.g. "events" for the events of the mod)
