Another crash to desktop - Help please !

..as usual, after exessive workshop shopping...
Can someone help me to identify the problem ?
I don`t like (again) to reinstall the game and lose the saved City.. meanwhile 50k handmade (!) RICO residents.

You're out of RAM.

Make sure to set a pagefile.

With 716339 MB ROG STRIX Ryzen 9 and Gforce RTX I hope it helps.
