Model trains

My first model railroad was the Gerber house in California.https://maps.roadtrippers.com/us/gerber-ca/attractions/south-shasta-model-railroad I think the guy sold all the pieces now and it's a nothing place. There is very little info about it except in pieces here and there. I wonder if the family still even owns that place?
