How to change numplate on Valley car skin?

Hello! Do someone know how to change numplate on Valley car skin? In basic in-game skin castomisator I can't draw on nomplate, like in TM Forever.
And in which folder should I put a numpate? Documents > Maniaplaner > Media > Painter > Layers - right?

As I found out file "DetailsDiffuse.dds" from here: https://maniapark.com/model/quHv0X_2SEORsqXne1IFaQ (for example) could be cut as donor. After changing it should be asved as dds with the same name and saved in skins' .zip archive
