Soo I made 2 workshop buddies so far, and I still don't know if I've done everything right.

Basically, when I search for my custom buddy in the buddy select sub-screen in-game, the icon that shows up there is the template one (Sandbert Jr.). I did put an icon of my own into the folder tho. Does the buddy select screen show the template icon because I have the original folder or do people also see the template icon when they subscribe to the buddy? And if yes, how do I get the game to use the icon I made instead?
