Report a translation problem
There is a console variable that sets the difficulty (it's literally called "difficulty"; values are 0 - easy, 1 - normal, 2 - hard, 3 - extreme, 4 - nightmare).
If just changing the difficulty on the server is not enough (or not possible for whatever reason, assuming you're playing in a self-hosted server), you could try using Angelscript plugins to modify the zombie population (for more information and help you might want to contact the dev in Monochome's discord server, he'll help and have a better explanation how things work).
The most direct way is through complex plugins. XD
