Which got mineables override which exluding ice.
Try to open Stationeers/rocketstation_data/StreamingAssets/Data/worldsettings.xml, copy one of the vanilla worlds and change worldnames to got own world for experiments.
You may got syntax errors if you miss some brakes, so better to use Notepad++ to see useful code highlighting and with some xml tools plugin to check for errors.

Special thanks for the video! I couldn’t get the game to see my mod, so all the rules are in the game settings, but it looks much more convenient with a separate mod.
