I will answer you with a simple question...

You think Paradox will miss an opportunity to sell us a flavour expansion pack for Germany, Britain, USA, France, Austria, smaller German states, Commonwealth forces, Russia, etc. ?

No need for mods, it'll come by itself.

I changed russia, austria and i am using a mod for germany. But we can ot change the usa because the color scheme says that the usa is white only. and the reason for this is, that the stars and red stripes are pictures and so no color at all.

I feel you tho, I haven't played as Britain yet because I can't stand the actual sprite, they're a total immersion killer.

Can't wait for a flavour DLC that will tackle the uniforms...

But i do not like the way the game is going currently. Other Paradox-Titles gets game changes and expansions and later favourpacks or cultural packs. But the game currently released brazil (who wants this, if the great powers are in such a condition) and now a new mechanik. But they did not change or overhaul the existing ones.

It's almost certainly based on the default flag of the country. Given Sweden uses their historical blue-gold, while if you form Scandinavia they go blue-red...but I made a mod for myself to make the default Scandinavian flag to a Kalmar style one (it felt more realistic to me) and that made the Scandinavian uniforms in my game yellow.

yes... because the color of the uniforms depends on the colors of the flags. This is why the russians are yellow instead of dark green and the austrians are yellow-black and not white-red.

And this is also why the us is white. Because their flag is white only. The stripes and stars are emblems and not a color.

and the british are red, because also the rest are emblems and no color. If you change the color of the flag you can change the uniform color. But you can not change the uniform color without changing the flag.

To fix this, they should implement that flag color is by default the uniform color except their is a seperate color scheme for the uniforms. So paradox can use the flags, except they add another one. Thats not much work to do...
If the made the code like an excel sheet or vba, its only changing one if-else-funktion... or if-function. If their is uniform-color than use it, if not use default scheme.

Actually, for changing it, a mod that changes the flags to make their default colours the historical uniform colours and then overlays a plain background layer to cover that up would probably work.

Eg: Change the colours of the Russian flag to green and red, then put a yellow rectangle covering the entire flag between it and the remaining emblems.

I found a mod which changed the usa to blue. But i do not know currently how he made this. But he wrote it in the description.
