Low level companions
How can I get low level companions?. Something like levels 1-5

I did the find daugther quest, but no wanderer appeared.

Travel to any town, go to tavern. It's a bit RNG to find companions without addons but worth it, in the long run ahead. :)

Try Peasants - Redux mod. Let's you recruit low level peasants from villages with unspent skill/attribute points.
