Hi and happy new year,
I'm looking for a way to copy-paste terrain within a city - let'ssay copy the terrain from a mountain and then paste it into the sea and submerge it to make an island. If I just create the island from scratch, it's not going to be nearly as realistic.
Is there a mod that does that or anything similar?
