Can't change visibility on any workshop items
Has anyone run into this error when trying to change the visibility on workshop items?
"There was a problem changing the visibility of this item (15). Please try again later"

- I've had this error for a month or more
- "Public" isn't an option, just "friends only," "hidden," and "unlisted"
- I don't think my account is limited, as some Googling suggested
