This is the only one on the workshop that I'm aware of, though it's rather buggy sometimes.

In short, due to the way that the modding system works, it's basically an extra entire train car that gets attached to the back of the train, and it only looks like an EOT device. It's implemented well to work within the limits of the modding system but it's a little odd to get used to.
