Took me too long to do this and i read that i wouldn't be able to but that was false.
1. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop
(if you don't have custom drive names)
2. click on each string of numbers and then click a folder until you see and image to identify the right game and the right workshop item.
3. Identify the models and drag them to the models folder and the items to the item folder.
