I am looking into making these mods but am not sure if I will get to it. I wanted to write this down in case someone else would like to take it on.

I built my lobby a little large and realized, there's barely anything we can put in there, so here are some ideas.

• Decorative Indoor Fountains
  - Expensive monthly operation cost
  - Improves mood and environment
  
• Fish Tank
  - Ideally modular to allow for custom size tanks
  - Could the fish swim in the whole tank though?
  - High maintenance costs as it needs to be cleaned daily
  
• Fireplace
  - Acts as heating source
  - Improves mood and environment
  
• Wine Cooler/Fridge
  - Keep wine on hand and chilled for after-hours meetings or while making deals
  
• Modular Bar Area
  - Drink your wine at the bar
  
• Pay phones / Phone booths
  - Allow visitors and staff to make calls prior to the mid 90's
  
• Statue / Sculpture
  - Fancy marble Venus de Milo. Where are their arms?
  
• Piano
  - Is that a Steinway?
  - Hire a piano player
  
• Green eco-wall
  - Is that.. grass growing on the wall?
  
• Tech demo center
  - You make phones and other hardware, demo them to the public
  - tables showcasing hardware products
