How to change corridors in Beemod?

This may seem a dumb question, but I can't seem to change the entry and exit corridors consistently. I have managed to change them, but I can't figure out what I did to make the change, nor can I repeat it to change them again.

I use the "Select Corridors" option, but my selections do not seem to *stick*. I've tried leaving the selection panel open when I export to PORTAL 2, I've tried checking the "Save Settings in Palettes" option, but nothing seems to work.

What am I missing?

Are you checking/unchecking the corridors there?

It doesn't give check/uncheck options. I can drag them between Selected and Unused. Am I meant to put everything into Unused except the one I want for my map? I assumed I was just to select one, but it appears to do nothing.

EDIT:
Just tried this (moving all but one into Unused), and it did the trick. I feel silly that I hadn't tried this until now.

Thanks! Might want to get the new version, I redid this menu to hopefully make it make more sense.

Okay, I upgraded to latest: v2.4.44.1. Much better, thank you! But now I have a different question:

In the Style/Item Properties window I found Test Group (11/12):

What is this? I don't recall it being in the prior version, and there's no helper text pop-ups on it.
