Game not responding at loading screen in MP

So I'm only using the same mods as my friend and randomly the game will get stuck on a loading screen where im forced to alt-f4 out of it. The mods we are running are

The person hosting the game needs to be the first to enter a new area otherwise it will freeze on Load Screens.
