i downloaded a black hk 47 and bao dur mod but the only thing that changed is their potrait
not sure if its a glitch

Are you sure you don't have more than one mod that does the same thing?
Did you add any non Steam mods?
B.t.w. are these mods I made?

List your mods if you're unsure.

black hk 47 and that mod thar mode that makes bao dur lool like savage oppress i checked i dont have any conflicting mods to them

Ok, odd. Try unsubbing from the mods and then resubbing.
