power Socket extensions?

is there a possible way to have a power socket thats 1x1 that has a single socket on each end just so people didnt need to make the 3x3 socket every time also possible to make L junctions of them so when people with OCD do constantly try messing with the cables tying them up

You can connect power cables to each other as well as the various machines. Doing so will net you a cable 50m long if connected end to end instead of 5x10m connected to sockets.
