Why aren't there more units like this?

This vehicle has rotating tires, a useable cannon and does not scrape the ground like other poorly made vehicles. We need more Manticore less of those plastered picture and don't even mention the one wheeled vehicles, those to me are a poor excuse because someone doesn't know how to add multiple tires.

And I really hope some people are thoroughly motivatied because these seem to be pretty worth it in fucntionality. Could this vehicle be reverse engineered in some way or another?

Of course. The hardest part of .lua is learning how to read and rewrite different in-game values (And bug testing). It's all a series of if-and statements at the core and if you can understand the language of it you'll be able to figure out how other's scripts work with time.
