Mod for Multiplatform Games?

Idk if I'm just blind or is it just not possible to release your games for more than one console?

It is something you research in the later portion of the game around the release of the mbox 360. After you use it a couple of times you will get the multi platform optimization research option as well. I think there may be a mod that gives you access to this earlier though.
