Can't find workshop items

I removed all data a while back and now I can't use workshop items. How can I fix this?

Have you gone onto the page 'Workshop' on the object editor, then clicked the blue button in the bottom right corner?

So, you know the area with the workshop items? It's in the object editor, then go to the top, click 'Workshop', and there's a blue button in the bottom right corner.
