hi i have a problem with MODS

um when i want play with mods and i select the mod in eaw the game only close and dont open again with the mod somebody can help me?

for me it functions like this:

1. search the mod ID (for eclipse mod: 1372239460; you find it in the path descriptions and some creators mention them in the descriptions)
2. go to the steam library, right click Empire at War; select "Properties" and scroll down
3. there will be an empty space where it says "advanced players may use modifications"; write the following text: "STEAMMOD=1372239460" (of course without " "); then start the game
