Good, I think I already found what causes that low fps in the games and esque the processor ( intel i7 of 11 generation 11700k), when running any game does not exceed the speed of 3. 6 ghz which is the base speed, but I have activated the intel ultra boost for which I would have to reach 5 or so that's what my processor has capacity. But when it comes to playing it stagnates at 3. 6

I think that's what hurts the performance of the game.
The case is that I have tested it in other games like hell let loose or battlefield 5 and the processor if it works at a speed of 4. 8 or 5. 00 ghz, but in the coh 3 it works at the base speed of 3. 6 ghz and does not increase.
And I think that's what gives me performance issues and fps drops.
