Trying to alter a mod, but workshop folder won't show up in files.

I'm trying to alter a mod that I downloaded, and whenever I try to go to the terraria workshop folder, it isn't there. Any suggestions/solutions would be greatly appreciated.

If you downloaded a resource pack the name of the pack in your files will just be a bunch of random numbers, so you might have missed it. If you're talking about a mod that changes game mechanics then it would be under tmodloader and not terraria
