Report a translation problem
As for modding, I'm giving it a try with my own sector mod, nothing too big. The problem is that there is very very little modding documentation on a game that is already very niche within a very niche franchise. Even with the Universe Creation guide and two mods to draw examples from I'm struggling a little with certain details.
From what I've heard, creation of new species and ship interiors are incredibly difficult for this game, it was much easier back in X3 because you didn't have quite as many moving parts to change.
I'd love to see the modding community grow here, however it seems quite unlikely given the game isn't that popular to begin with and has very little documentation for modders to work with.
