Modbuddy BUILD errors

So I made a MOD with MODBUDDY and used the template and youtube vid from Josh Mate. Now I did not follow it 100% I tried to name all correctly to be able to make more than 1 new CIV/Leader.

Now the MOD WORKS just the textures do not, all text and changes about the special building and traits do work, I played it.

So I get this long report and the only thing I do understand is that my textures not loading correctly I think the shaders give an error any 1 know what I can do I tried google it and Searching forums but no luck yet, THANKS for your time :)
