How to play Blue Shift in Black Mesa?

The mod has install instructions after you sub/download it. You need to follow the instructions at the site you got the mod from. If you've done all the steps correctly, the Blue Shift mod should load when you start up Black Mesa.

And I have finished it.

Now I need to know if I can properly play the original game or if I have to uninstall it...

If you don't intend to play Blue Shift any more (either til the next update or you wait until it's finished), there are uninstall instructions if you want to return to playing Black Mesa.
