Mod to set minimum/maximum parameters per region?

Is there a mod out there that lets you set minimum and maximum parameters for regions?
- Like 2 villages per region minimum
- 1 titanium/glasssteel per region minimum (or at the very least x-strategic resources)
- minimum tile seperation, so you cant get 1 tile snake regions anymore?
- min/max annomaly that gives aproval for a region.

If there is a way to achieve this, could you send me to the right workshop mod?
I keep getting terrible world generation, and i want it to be more balanced.
An improved world generation mod would be fine as well, if there is such a thing.

Not sure about villages per region, although that can be gained by editing the game files (there is a guide how to do that BTW). As far as the others you really need to give the mod World Generator - Full Customization a try as it is AWESOME. You have to check out the mod page and filter by Most Subscribed.
