I just spent the last few hours making a map only to then realize that only the red frame is playable. I then spent another few hours remaking it only to realize that you can't have central features as it won't correspond with the frame/map dimensions.

ie: Having a CC lining up diagonally with the southern corner means that corresponding geography will point not to the opposite corner but skewed off on one side.

This has made the whole process very awkward and irritating. I wanted to have a maze or gauntlet centralized in the map centre, but then the pathing doesn't match the CC and vice-versa.

It would be so much easier if you could just use the entire map or resize the frame to get achieve symmetry. This unfortunately precludes me from designing the map the way I envisioned.
