please unsubscribe all mods, verify cache files for DK, clear Steam download cache from Steam settings page, place Steam in offline mode, reboot the pc, subscribe mods again.

Also, be sure that mod is not outdated.

only winter mod can work coz' i only have this mod in my pc
not dk doesn't show mods

Are you using a VPN? Can you try to change Steam download region from Steam settings?

你可以先看看，文档\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers下有没有名为mods的文件夹，可能下载的mod在那里面。（这里的“文档”指的是windows的系统文件夹）
要正常使用mod的话，可能得手动将找到的mod的文件拖到“游戏本体所在文件夹”中名为mods的文件夹里，而且因为steam会给mod一个数字编号，会多一层文件夹，所以好像只能一个一个地复制粘贴mod文件。
（如果不是这种问题就当没看见我吧。如果是这种问题，以上方法可能有讲的不到位的地方，你可以讲一下问题，我尽力回答一下。因为我只是个了解一点电脑文件的玩家，代码程序什么的搞不了）
