How do you apply the 'AttackVeteran' rule to a unit like Titan?
Units like 'Titan or Thanatos' have been allowed to grow into veteran units with the rule 'Experience Needed ToVeteran'.
However, 'Veteran' rules such as 'applyrules' (TitanAttackVeteran) do not apply.
General units like 'soldier' can be set as veterans, but how do units like 'veteran Titan' set up things like attack?
