Why aren't my mods working and why aren't they popping up in my foc dlc

So i noticed the night before that my mods suddenly stopped working without any reason? i put in the steam code to launch the mod but everytime i do it takes me to the FoC DLC. At first i was like huh lemme try this then, i went to my settings then to mods and none of my mods were there but i have tons of them downloaded so is anyone else having this problem or just me?

Mods launch from game menu does not work and has almost if never had steam functionality.

Usually when it wont launch a SteamMod from launch preferences thats because of corrupted/Missing files for the mod... im gonna sadly say you should manually delete the mod, unsubscribe and then redownload it to be sure. (Not ideal but best option I have for you)
