mod for Max Hired Mercs
I'm looking for a mod where I can increase the maximum number of hired mercenaries.

Just look in the Steam Workshop under Jagged Alliance 3. There are hundreds of mods, some of which increase party size, maximum number, etc.

yes one mod "Custom Settings2 but this mod ist abandoned an doesn´t work anymore

My mod MilitiaPlus on Nexusmods does exactly this + more. (newer version is always better)
