Better Hero Spawns
I am looking for a stand alone Mod, that will make the hero mechs spawn more often in the shops. Is there such a thing, or could someone that knows how make one?

https://www.nexusmods.com/mechwarrior5mercenaries/mods/699 Hasn't been updated since last year so might not work with the current game version.
