That appears to be a bug with a mod you are using. Deactivate mods one at a time to see if things work properly.

I tried and it was gone. So it has to do something with the mods... i use 79 mods...

Has anyone ever seen something like that? which mod could cause this?

Deactivate several mods at a time and try the game and see if it still happens. If so, try deactivating a few more and see if it still happens. Do this 'til it no longer happens, once it no longer happens, reactivate a mod until it returns. Then, deactivate and unsubscribe from said mod. It is a lot of work, but this will let you know what caused it.

There is a mod, either FPS booster or loading screen mod that has an extra option to use it's own font rendering and it often causes textual issues of different causes... I forget which one it is.
It's supposed to be turned off by default nowadays... Look into that, and make sure it's turned off
