So how do i make glados talk….

I tryed a community level and it had glados talking but i couldnt find how to do that is this something i need hammer for?

You don't really need hammer to make glados talk, you can make glados talk through BEEMod in test chambers made through it also

You can also make different characters talk through that btw, YOU CAN EVEN let glados to play her portal 1 lines.
