I got tired of dealing with manually changing mod order so I made an external mod manager. It's pretty simple, but it functions alright, and allows importing/exporting modpacks. Adds packs to the game using DFHack's modlist system.

If anybody wants to test it out here's a link. Feel free to let me know if there are any issues so I can fix them.
