Just an idea for a mod suggestion: the Warrior of Light from FFXIV. Loads of different possibilities for different moves with all of the jobs, plus if you wanted some sort of special mechanic. the limit break gauge could be implemented either as a sort of comeback mechanic to launch a single powerful attack, or it could be a temporary install or something.
