How do I upload a mod?

I tried using the MPNWorkshopUploader but I either used it wrong or it's something else, can anybody help?

You likely used it wrong. Make sure to double check the instructions and use the correct file paths for the correct things. If you receive an Error, post it here

I've honestly tried this for like the whole day and still couldn't figure it out, Every time I do it and press yes, it closes and say's nothing afterward's, so I dont know what I'm doing wrong.
