Submit Mesh to Workshop
Just put together most of a new model for a hammer skin, but I just now realized that there's no obvious ability to upload a mesh, does this mean there's no way to submit a custom model to the game?

no, you can only upload texture maps that will be applied to the default low poly mesh.
