a workshop mod is disabling admin commands.
i have them set to work via the config, but when i type them they dont register in chat.
regular words do and starextention commands work.

i booted starbound WITHOUT mods and all commands work, i also did starbound without workshop mods and they work,

i just need to figure out which mod disables commands and i am having a hard time doing it.

some mods depend on others so i cannot just cut them in half. plus the names are just numbers otherwise.

please help me find what mods are doing this so i can remove them.

Without knowing your mods it will be hard...
Do you have errors on your log?
Those numbers in their names are their ID, you can use this ID to go on their workshop page, which is https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id="ID numbers" .

no errors for the commands when i checked the logs.

Check if there are some at the loading part, at the beginning of your log.

cannot find anything as far as i can tell...

Start by cleaning your mods, you have tons of errors, mostly projectiles and recipes.
Also you should take a look to FU wiki compatibility page.
I see you have a bunch of mods not coming from the workshop, some not may be designed for latest game version.
And does it says something on the log when you try to go in admin mode? There is only the loading part in the paste.

when i type in /admin or any code nothing happens. it doesnt even show in the chat bar. regular text does and star exentention codes work and show...but vanilla commands don't even show.

That may be a conflict with StarExtension. But fix your mods conflicts and try again, atm there are too much errors in your log.
On a general note I suggest to start with less mods. Delet your saves and try with QoL and big mods. Later add more, while regularly check your log.
