Also you should take a look to FU wiki compatibility page.
I see you have a bunch of mods not coming from the workshop, some not may be designed for latest game version.
And does it says something on the log when you try to go in admin mode? There is only the loading part in the paste.
On a general note I suggest to start with less mods. Delet your saves and try with QoL and big mods. Later add more, while regularly check your log.
