Can't upload

The publisher in the app doesn't work, the wallpaper gets uploaded, but its visibility is "hidden", and the title and description are gone. Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm having the exact same issue. I was able to set the title and description manually, and add an image manually, however the upload size is still 0 bytes, meaning that I can't publish the item. If anybody has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.
