Own Civilization/ Leader?
Hey Hey :cat5:

I want to create a Civilization/ Leader because it doesn't exist yet. Is there a good tutorial or a tool to do that?

It would be enough to edit a other Leader. It dont need own units or something.

Go to the Guides section up top and search Mod
